If you are talking about a Water valve that shuts off water flow to the inside of the car? No.

i had no heat, so yesterday i back flushed the heater core and that fixed it, throws great heat now. i just asked abou thte heater valve because i bought one form advance and it was listed in the computer and then i checked oreilly auto parts and they have it listed too. so i thought that maybe some cars might have come with it or why would the parts stores have it listed for them? and if some dont have it then why do you need it?
