Default 2000 Trans Am Sevan Series

The Sevan Series Trans Am's came from Evan's Pontiac in Dallas, which was sold to another dealer before 2002.

1999 Sevan Series had the following:
-LG Motorsports G2 World Challenge wheels 17x9.5
-Borla Catback Exhaust
-Suncoast Creations WS6 style Ram air hood, Suncoast Creations Raptor Hood, or OEM WS6 hood
-Suncoast Creations Air box.
-Eibach Pro Springs
-Decals on the doors
-P275/40ZR17 TOYO V1 Speed Rated Tires
-G2 World Challenge sway bars
-G2 LCA brackets

2000-2001 Sevan Series had the following:
-enkei V1 wheels 17x9.5
-Borla Catback Exhaust
-Suncoast Creations WS6 style Ram air hood, Suncoast Creations Raptor Hood, or OEM WS6 hood.
-Suncoast Creations Air box.
-Eibach Pro Springs
-Decals on the doors
-P275/40ZR17 TOYO V1 Speed Rated Tires

The exact number of these cars made is unknown. It is said that only 30-50 Sevan Series were made in 2000.
If anything seems wrong just comment and I will edit this post.

There's a ton of dealers out there who make their own "series" or "special edition" of cars. It's pretty common in corvettes. All the no-name dealers just want to become the next Nickey or Baldwin/Motion...if it's not done through or with GM, they usually aren't worth much more than the standard cars.

Maybe for corvettes, but as everyone knows a trans am is not a corvette.
Sure maybe they are not worth a whole lot more, but for trans ams this was not common for dealers to modify them.
Not sure how many other dealers did something special with the trans am but I know it was not more than 5 others.

nice little thread thats shows the different trans am editions from 98-02.

I understand what your saying about not being done through GM.
Just the Sevan Series is like the ws6 but better to me at least.
You also don't see these cars commonly for sale or at all.

They are pretty sweet and fun to drive.
The 2" drop really helps handling around curves, but man you have be careful over bumps and parking lot entrances with a hill.

After seeing your post in my car's thread, I'm pretty sure mine is a 99 Sevans series. Can't pinpoint exactly where the car was sold, but it matches all the descriptions and there is an old EVANS dealership card with the Manifest

I have a 2001 Sevan Series with 6600 miles, Black on Black W/desert convertable top.

As for your decal, you can try dripping wet (google search "dripping wet decals) and I'm sure they can hook you up.

I know this is an old post but the car in the link was owned by Vince and I bought it from him in 2004.

You are probably better off getting custom made center caps if possible. I have no clue where you would get them made at, but I imagine it wouldn't be too difficult. From my research the Enkei Winsome center caps will not fit. For some reason the Enkei winsome and LG motorsports World Challenge G2 rims both commonly lost their center caps. I believe the center cap is 2-2 1/8".

Not that it matters but I am pretty sure Evan's was bought by Sewell, and Saadallah (still works there according to linkedin), a former ls1.com member, was responsible/involved. Not 100% as that was a long time ago, but from memory.

Is your convertible black by chance? I heard that there was only one vert made in 2000. I had a black one at one point.
