Default Cell with foam or without for E85?

Im going to order an aluminum fuel cell for my car. Its going to be running E85. Anyone know if I should get it with or without the foam? I would get it for sure if it was just regular gas but not sure on the E85.

Mine foam has been fine for 2 years on E.
