what the best head for my ls2 need some more et....if i keep my ls2 402 bottom end,11.0 compression,623 lift nos cam,cams good to 7000 rpm,950 pro system carb,gm intake,max nos shot to use is 250 ,3220 lb radial car ....whats the best head

AFR 230 V2 heads. I made over 500rwhp through an automatic with a 6.0L block and a mild 231/231 114LSA cam. Great heads and it will fit your rockers and intake choices.

TFS or AFR, or even the PRC 237's, all good. If you are wanting some good nitrous runs, make sure it has a really good exhaust port.
