New Houston Speed Limit??? WTF?? So I'm listening to the radio at work and they are saying starting April 18th the Houston area will drop the speed limits on the free way to 50 mph... really?? can anyone else confirm this???
They are saying they are doing it to reduce Houston's Carbon foot print? Since when did all the tree huggers from Austin move to Houston
????
I think it's to just increase the coffers in Houston!!!

I remember several years ago when Brittany Spears was still hot, 97.1 had a DJ duo do a April Fools joke that said her plane had gone down and she was dead, etc etc... I don't think they survived the blow out that came from that skit and I'm pretty sure that's what killed their show at the time. It was absolutely hilarious though.
