Default weatherstriping & window gap

I got a pretty good sized gap between my window and the weather stripping on the passenger side at the bottom/back. Suggestions on how to fix this?

Is the window off anywhere else? What I mean by off is: does the window push hard on the weatherstripping on the front/top of the window? If it does you can adjust the window. I posted something about this on Ls1.com a while ago and you can adjust the window position. I'll send you the link when I get home or you can just search "window adjustment" on there. They gave me a site that had great pictures on how to adjust the window. If the window is just off on the back pillar then you may have to get new weather stripping.

I'm afraid to adjust the window as a whole tighter on the weather stripping as it is sealed elsewhere & has a tough time getting up now once it hits the weather stripping. is there an adjustment just for the back? I'm not sure how replacing the stripping could fix this as I doubt it could be worn down as much as the gap is

Before you adjust anything, can you post a pic? Windows don't unadjust themselves. Something may be boken.

If you open the door and try to move the glass up/down and side to side, is there any movement?

you couldn't really see well in pics so I took a video of each side. Upon further inspection the drivers side has a gap as well, although not as large. It only is gapping at the back of the window on the lower half (below where the window takes like a 45 deg angle).

Not seen that before. Is the gap there when the window is almost up, just before it goes up 100% and tightens on the seals?
