Default 88mm to big???

goin on deployment soon and goin to build a turbo motor with the cash i save up while im gone..

forged 347 eagle H beams diamond pistons fully studded motor (heads and mains)

looking at the lunati 221 cam (221/221 .58x''/.58x'' 114* lsa

now i am doin this as my first turbo build with plans to slowly build a 408 or so in the future...

was thinking of doing a TC78 or T78 turbo with this

but was thinking that it would be a little small for the future build..

so i was thinkin of goin to a GT-88. from forced inductions.. would the 9.5:1 347 be able to spool this at a decent rate for a street car.. i know it would make a hell of a track car but i want to DD it also..

would the compression help on making it better on the street out of boost??

any info would be great

i know i will catch some flaming.. im ready for that.. i do need some good advice..

thanks
Travis

on the street it may work great, lag out of the hole and once the car is moving old the **** on, that thing will be a rocket on the big end, if your car HOOKS GOOD out of the hole now it may not come in fast enough
thats my opinion good luck

I went with the bigger turbo and bigger heads b/c next year i'm going big cubes. Just going to use this motor to learn on. I think there are plenty of 347's on here that trap 145+ with that setup
