Yep. +56 mm offset on the rims. The CTS-V calipers and the Z06 calipers are two completely different animals. I just started the mod, and dealt with what came. I went into it hoping not to have to use longer studs and spacers on the front with the spyders. I would worry that going with a +40mm or so offset on an f-body you might run into tire rub issues with the outer fender with wider tires on the front. Don't know for a fact though.

^My plan was to use Z06 rotors with the CTS-V calipers. I would be running a 275 up front on the 18x9.5. Im gonna investigate some more before pulling the trigger on some rims. I didnt realize the Z06 calipers would be different from the CTS-V ones. In the sticky the guys using the CTS-V calipers bolt them right on with no cutting from what I understand. The problem is finding some wheels that they fit behind.

The CTS-V calipers are only 4 piston, while the Z06 are 6 piston. I dont think they stick out any further though, so a rim/offset that will clear the V calipers should clear the Z06 as well, I would imagine.

Ya I just saw the bracket needed for the Z06 rotors. I think 4 piston will give me all the braking power I need..

My math shows a 0.3937008" difference in the stock wheel (+50mm) and the (+40mm) option. I'm in the middle of deciding which route to go.

Zep,
How big is ur spacer outback? How big is your spacer on the front? Do you have any RUB issues with the 295 out front? I know NITTO's run a lil narrow from the size on their sidewall, as my 275's I just put on my TBSS werent alot diff from the stock 255's I took off

An 18x9.5 with 40mm offset will work just fine up front. What I want to know is if a 19x10 with 56mm offset will work and how wide of a tire you could run without modification.

I didn't think the black wheels were going to look good on the Red TA
but damm that Red TA is looking killer with the black wheels...it compliments
and goes well with all the black accents, like the tinted windows and the black
sail panel.

I really like them especially the grey and the black chrome. Anyone know the prices on 6LE site, is that per rim or a set?
