Default which 4 barrel Accufab or Edelbrok

I will go from Fast 90 to super victor so i need a 4 barrel throttle body
i have 2 choices Accufab 4150 and Edelbrock Competition 4-Barrel Throttle
the first one flows 1215 CFM and the second flows 1000 CFM
which will give me better idle ? and also do i need more than 1000CFM
what else to look for in the 4 barrel throttle ?
this is the link for the Edelbrock

They will idle depending on how you tune the IAC. The Accufab is shorter I think. It works very well on my car.
You also want to consider a cam designed to work with a single plane (needs more overlap----like 110° LSA +2°=108° ICL).

your better off staying with the fast if your not willing to change the cam.

You can also go with the Super Victor Jr. Intake, a Moroso 2" Adapter Plate and a AccuFab 4500-4 Blade TB :-)
