Car shakes under 1500rpm, but only when in gear

Car shakes under 1500rpm, but only when in gear On the way home from the beach on sunday the car started getting a shake in it at low rpm, but it would go away when i took it out of gear. Is this tranny related or something else? and if it sounds like a tranny issue, any ideas?
Also, hear lately i can't shift to fourth with a load on the trans, from what i have been reading that sounds like the clutch, so could this be a related issue? car has almost 111K with the master and slave cylinders change about 7K ago

As far as I know yes it was. I'd have to look at the sheet with the receipt on it
No I haven't that. Not sure. The other thing I was thign aout is on saturday when i did a 5-3 shift, it went into 3rd really hard and sounded kinda funny after that. I wasnt thinking about that til today.
