After a month I never received my lights you gave me some bs excuse and offered to send them out or offer a refund. I asked you to send them out but after another week passed you still never sent them. I aksed for a refund but you said they were already shipped out, no surprise I still never received the lights. I PM'd you about a refund however you have ignored my PM. I had to take action through paypal just to try to get my money back.

After seeing your other trader feedback comments you should have your privilages to sell on tech removed.

the reason I didn't immediately ask for a refund is because I still wanted the lights. 1 month is a rediculous amount of time regardless of whatever personal excuses you come up with. after another week I did ask for a refund but you said you had sent them out, you told me if i had not received them by wednesday of last week you would issue a refund. When i sent you a PM asking for the refund i was ignored.

give me the original tracking number that shows you shipped it out when you said you did and I might be inclined to beleive you, it looks though at this point you rushed to send it out after i had sent you a PM requesting a refund. If you had bothered to PM me to tell me the package was returned to you as you claim and that it had shipped out on Saturday then I wouldn't have made a claim through paypal for a refund.

Ok the post office is not open on Sunday as fare as I know. I didn't have a tracking number put on the package the first time I've never had a problem with the mail. The only reason that package had one was because the first was returned to my home. You've left me neg feedback Ive produced a tracking number for the package unless you don't receive it stop leaving more messages arguing over it

I tried the other day and i don't see a way to edit the rating. And for the record, the PM you didn't reply to was the one that would have kept all this from happening. When I asked for a refund I never heard back from you until I made the negative trader rating and disputed with paypal.

But I did finally get the lights.
