Mike regardless of rather you had read my PM or not it's completely irresponsible to sell an item and then go weeks without contacting the buyer or responding to messages. Your shipping timeframe was not acceptable it would have been more acceptable had you kept me informed. Other than that the grill arrived in fine condition which is why I'm giving you neutral and not negative.
